To my wonderful husband Phil, for putting in all of the unforgiving extra hours at his employment during Dustin’s relapse, making it financially possible for me (Dustin’s mother) to remain with our child throughout his illness 24/7, and for joining his son and I for six months of his illness 24/7, and when it came time to write this book. I am so fortunate my husband went back to his work to take care of his family financially, and I remained on our small farm, in a cubicle of an office, working on writing a book. He freed me up so I could dedicate my concentration to my job, this very important piece of literature that my husband and I felt needed to be done. Phil – thank you so much, and for being there for me when I struggled with writing some sections of this book. Thank you, I love you so much.
