What would a parade be without Scouts? Marching with the BSA float were 300 Eagle Scouts forming a color guard (below) and carrying large merit badge medallions that were handcrafted by Scouts. At left, Chief Scout Executive Bob Mazzuca admires a Scout’s work on a Canoeing merit badge medallion.
