To all of the physicians and staff who took such good care of Dustin, for all of the time spent fighting this devastating disease, cancer, for all of the research that goes into each case, and for all of the time spent on dealing with insurance companies to pay covered expenses.
To all of the physicians and surgeons who donated their time when the insurance would not pay; they did it for Dustin, because his life mattered. To the hospitals that ran the tests, and made sure that Dustin received his treatments regardless of the cost, and all of the money that those hospital organizations donated. Thank You.
To the pharmacist, to the lab, and everywhere in between – it takes a tremendous, precise team of individuals to fight this disease, and we want to make sure that you know that we will be forever grateful for your personal, professional, perseverance in Dustin’s cancer case. To all of you, we give you our best.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, with our deepest inner sincerity, to everyone who knew and loved Dustin and supported him in so many ways. You know who you are.
